Stomp the Swamp

This past Saturday, I attended the fifth annual Stomp the Swamp for Autism. This event, which was held at the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, benefits UF's Center for Autism and Related Disabilities.
Everyone at this fitness-based event ran stadiums, walked along the inner track and--my personal favorite--hula hooped with the kids!

Things in all of our lives can get so crazy and busy that it's nice to get a chance to take a step back and help to make a difference for such a worthy cause.
