I am a
first generation college student from Daytona Beach, FL. During my freshman fall, I was successfully elected as a District A senator, a
seat I have served in ever since. As the Budget Committee Chairwoman, I
instated all budget discs online for the first time. Additionally, I created a fiscal year
roadmap for student use. Under my leadership, SG experienced the first 6.5%
budget increase in history, due to riddance of wasteful spending. I
currently serve as Senate President . Recently, I oversaw the first ever
Senate Committee and Legislation workshop, which was open to all students. In
my spare time I enjoy playing softball, tennis, and skiing. I also
enjoy community service, having recently participated in a cleanup project in New
Orleans prior to the Sugar Bowl game.
